Super 6 Fantasy Golf Terms & Conditions

1. Super 6 Fantasy Golf is operated by www.golfuncut.com, trading as World Golf Entertainment Co,.Ltd. By signing up you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. You may enter only one time in each Super 6 Fantasy Golf Competition. Any users found to have registered more than one username or email address will be disqualified and not be eligible for any prizes

3. Golfuncut.com reserves the right to delete any unsuitable usernames.

4. "Fantasy Golf Dollars " are won by correctly guessing each match up. Golfuncut.com reserves the right to make any amendments deemed necessary prior to, or during the course of a competition

5. Once you have made your picks, you may not change them

6. The rules and point structure are all Copyright World Golf Entertainment Corp Ltd. No information may be reproduced in any format without prior written consent from World Golf Entertainment Corp Ltd.

7. Golfuncut.com reserves the right to refuse to accept any entry which, in their opinion, does not comply with the rules and regulations of the competition or which contravenes the spirit of the Super 6 Fantasy Golf League. World Golf Entertainment Corp Ltd further have an absolute discretion to disqualify any entry, or vary, amend or waive the rules of the competition at any time and participants agree that no liability shall attach to World Golf Entertainment Corp Ltd as a result thereof and that the exercise of such discretion shall not result in any compensation being payable or paid to any participant. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.

8. Any registered users or their acquaintances found to be attempting or suspected of attempting to hack into any servers or systems run by World Golf Entertainment Corp Ltd will be immediately removed from the system and banned from entering any further competitions.

9. Prizes are non-exchangeable and will be dispatched within 28 days.

10. In the event of a tie for any prize,the winner will be decided by a playoff, which will be the next tournament following the conclusion of the last "Game". If players are still tied then the playoff continues to the next tournament, until one user wins.

11. If a prize winner does not wish to accept a prize, then the prize may be passed to the corresponding runner-up.
